Ichthys FPSO Water Treatment Module

For Hollandia Offshore we performed fabrication monitoring and Manufacturing Record Books compilation for the Water Treatment Module which was built for MPP Veolia, for the Ichthys FPSO in which the end-client was DSME. Pre-fabrication of piping components was done at Hollandia Systems in Heijningen, right up to NDE and hydrotesting. At Hollandia Offshore’s site in Capelle aan den IJssel all these components were added to the module which had been fabricated there. After various joint Client Inspections and hydrostatic tests the completed module was ready fo load out, after which we compiled the Manufacturing Record Books (As Builts).
