For fabricators we can perform Fabrication Monitoring, when required according to client's specifications and Inspection and Test Plans, provide full traceability for welding, NDE and Materials, as well as compilation of high quality Manufacturing Record Books to suit any client's specifications or requirements.

For Clients we can perform full monitoring of fabricator's activities to verify fabrication is being performed according to project's drawings, standards, specifications, Inspection and Test Plans, etc. Focusing on the documentational side of projects as well by doing thorough document reviews, we can ensure projects to be or get finalised according to agreements and specifications.

For Employers (end-Clients) we can perform full monitoring of fabricators activities to verify fabrication is being performed according to project's approved (design-) drawings, applicable standards, specifications, approved procedures and method statements, Inspection and Test Plans, etc. Full document review on As Built documentation can be executed in order to being able to verify / acknowledge that final documentation is acceptable according to agreements and specifications.

Over the years, we developed our own methodology for reviewing As Built documentation. Thorough and very detailed full scale document reviews, based on years of experience, combined with traceable reporting of any issues found, result in clear and detailed "As Built review Reports" in order to being able to highlight any issues that require attention or adjusting.

Monitoring Fabrication is another one of our expertises. When required to do so, we will walk alongside fabricator's personnel and document vital information from production (like weld information, materials used, parts used, NDE performed, etc.) to aid the reviews of As Built documentation which is usually provided at a later stage. Doing our own documenting seperate to the fabricators gives us the opportunity to thoroughly check the fabricator and its documentation.
